How do I update my subscription in Karing?

Automatic update
Make sure VPN is turned off
Before updating your subscription, disable the VPN connection
Open the Profiles section
Go to "Profiles" in the app's main menu

Tap the update button
Find and tap the profile update icon

Done!
Subscription updated successfully. You can turn VPN back on and continue using the app
If a quick update didn't fix your problem, use the force update method on the second tab
Reinstalling the subscription
When to use this method?
Use force update if a quick update didn't work or if you're still experiencing subscription issues
Open the Profiles section
Go to "Profiles" in the main menu of the Karing app

Delete the current profile
Tap the delete button next to your profile

Copy your subscription link
Open your account in the bot or on the website
In your account
- Open the "Subscription" section
- Find your subscription link
- Tap "Copy subscription"
Add the profile
Go back to the Karing app and tap "Add profile"

Import from clipboard
Choose "Import from clipboard" to add the copied subscription

All done!
Subscription reinstalled successfully. You can turn VPN back on and continue working
Common issues
Profile won't update
Make sure VPN is turned off and your internet connection is stable. If the problem persists, try a force update
Error importing the subscription
Check that you copied the full subscription link from your account. The link should start with https://
Subscription doesn't work after update
Try restarting the app. If that doesn't help, check your connection settings and the selected server
